• Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough chart reviews and collect relevant patient data to determine the most effective treatment plan.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, sharing insights on medical histories and developing comprehensive care strategies.
• Clinical Expertise: Apply your knowledge of complex diagnoses, lab results, and contraindications to develop appropriate interventions.
• Treatment Planning: Innovate and implement individualized treatment programs for diverse cases, including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric patients.
• Outcome Management: Track and manage clinical outcomes, addressing outlier cases in consultation with fellow therapists to ensure the best patient care.
• Workflow Optimization: Enhance clinical workflows to improve patient capture rates, referral processing, and scheduling efficiency.

Your role will encompass a wide array of patient populations, from those recovering from surgeries to young clients with developmental needs. By employing tailored therapeutic approaches, you will focus on maximizing each patient's mobility, function, and overall wellness, fostering a supportive environment that respects their individual health journeys.

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple patients effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities to address complex clinical scenarios.

• Experience working with a diverse patient population, particularly in a rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with current physical therapy best practices, treatment modalities, and digital health technologies.

• Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
