Your work setting will be entirely onsite at our rehabilitation facility, where you will enjoy a well-structured schedule, aiding patients in a clean, safe, and encouraging environment. Our standard operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, with the option of working four 10-hour shifts. Our supportive administrative staff ensures efficient operations, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping patients regain their mobility and independence.

As a Physical Therapist at Live To Move, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations and assessments to determine the most effective treatment pathways.
• Developing and implementing tailored therapy protocols aimed at restoring optimal function and enhancing quality of life.
• Offering guidance and support to patients and their families regarding at-home rehabilitation strategies and exercises.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists and physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care for our patients.
• Documenting patient progress clearly and accurately in our electronic health record systems to facilitate seamless continuity of care.
• Staying abreast of advancements in physical therapy techniques and industry best practices to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Our patient population spans a diverse range of ages and conditions, from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management. You will work with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, those with neurological disorders, and patients needing help with balance and mobility issues. Our focus is on hands-on therapy complemented by patient education, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• A valid and active Florida Physical Therapy license.
• A passion for patient-centered care, demonstrating a keen ability to connect with patients and foster a supportive atmosphere.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.

We highly value candidates with at least two years of professional experience in physical therapy, particularly those who have worked in rehabilitation or outpatient settings. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and experience in collaborative treatment planning are also preferred.

Your commitment and expertise will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of USD $85,000 to $110,000 yearly, commensurate with your experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
