Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, assessing their range of motion, strength, and functional limitations.
  • Develop tailored physical therapy plans that align with individual patient needs, goals, and recovery timelines.
  • Implement treatment modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation to enhance recovery.
  • Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, to ensure effectiveness.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapy exercises, lifestyle adjustments, and recovery expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in line with regulatory guidelines.
  • Engage in collaborative case discussions with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care strategies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Live To Move Rehab Center, our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and various musculoskeletal disorders. Our clients range from young adults to seniors, requiring a tailored approach to therapy that addresses their unique backgrounds and health challenges. You will play a crucial role in helping these individuals reclaim their independence and quality of life through effective rehabilitation strategies.

Qualifications
  • A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, or eligibility to obtain one.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, with a strong emphasis on therapeutic techniques and patient care.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex information to patients and their families in an understandable manner.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate and enhance treatment outcomes effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy is preferred, although new graduates with a strong clinical background are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in home care settings or knowledge of home-based rehabilitation practices would be an asset.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for effective documentation and patient tracking.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 85,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
