This position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Miami Gardens, Florida, a vibrant community that offers a rich cultural backdrop and a commitment to health and wellness. You will be working in a collaborative atmosphere with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, enabling a holistic approach to patient care.

• Engage in effective collaboration with healthcare professionals to assess patient history, needs, and treatment options.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of complex medical conditions, encompassing familiarity with lab results and contraindications to ensure patient safety.
• Design and implement innovative physical therapy programs for a varied caseload, including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric patients, demonstrating skill and efficiency.
• Manage clinical outcomes through continuous assessment and data analysis, proactively addressing outlier cases in collaboration with staff therapists.
• Streamline clinical workflows to optimize patient intake, referral processing, and scheduling, ensuring a seamless operational process.
• Conduct therapy interventions that focus on early intervention and immediate evaluation to enhance patient progression.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, children with developmental challenges, and adults facing neurological disorders. Each patient’s rehabilitation program will be tailored to their specific challenges, considering their unique recovery goals and lifestyle demands.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in patient treatment scenarios.
