Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate effectively with medical professionals and interdisciplinary team members regarding patient histories, treatment plans, and ongoing care needs.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of complex medical diagnoses and critically analyze lab and radiology results to inform treatment strategies.
  • Design and implement innovative treatment programs that cater to a varied patient caseload, including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric populations.
  • Manage clinical outcomes, supervising staff therapists in addressing challenging cases and outliers to ensure optimal patient recovery.
  • Streamline clinical workflows for patient capture, referrals, and scheduling, enhancing the overall efficiency of our services.
  • Execute therapy plans with a focus on providing early intervention and on-the-spot evaluations to foster quick recovery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, from young children requiring therapy for developmental disorders to elderly individuals recovering from major surgeries. Understanding the specific needs of these varied populations, you will build individualized treatment plans that focus not just on rehabilitation but also on empowering patients to regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications
  • An active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor’s, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is required.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing patient needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are essential for personalized patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
