Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Assistant /Move-In Coordinator, you will:
Guide the Move-In Experience - Coordinate the move-inprocess from start to finish, including paperwork, apartment finish selections,billing coordination, and welcoming new residents to the community.
Build Meaningful Relationships - Serve as a friendly andknowledgeable resource for prospective residents and their families byanswering questions, conducting follow-up, and providing information aboutCedar Community's services and living options.
Support the Sales Team - Assist with lead management,tours, events, seminars, and CRM documentation to help achieve occupancy goalsfor Independent and Assisted Living.
Coordinate Events & Communication - Preparemarketing materials, manage event RSVPs, complete post-event follow-up, andcollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Philanthropy, and Independent Living teams.
โจ Create an Exceptional Resident Experience - Support newresidents before, during, and after move-in while coordinating welcomeactivities, move-outs, and ongoing communication to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
โ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing,Communications, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
โ Previous direct sales experience, preferably in senior livingor healthcare.
โ Knowledge of senior living and Continuing Care RetirementCommunities (CCRC) is a plus.
โ Strong computer skills and proficiency with CRM systems andMicrosoft Office.
โ Outstanding communication, organization, and customer serviceskills.
โ Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and currentautomobile insurance.
