Job Summary

The Residential Services Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the property management team. This position is responsible for front desk operations, resident communications, coordinating resident activities, maintaining accurate records, assisting with service requests, and helping create a positive living experience for residents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, prospects, vendors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and respond to emails promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting residents with questions, concerns, and general property information.
  • Receive, document, and follow up on resident service requests.
  • Coordinate communication between residents and the maintenance team regarding work order status.
  • Maintain organized resident files and update resident information within property management software.
  • Assist with move-in and move-out paperwork and inspections as assigned.
  • Schedule appointments and assist with general office administrative duties.
  • Receive and distribute packages, deliveries, and resident correspondence as applicable.
  • Maintain community bulletin boards, calendars, newsletters, and resident communications.
  • Plan, coordinate, and promote resident events and community engagement activities.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, vendors, and community partners to support resident events and programs.
  • Assist with collecting and maintaining resident surveys and feedback.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the leasing office remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Prepare reports and assist the Property Manager with administrative projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and company information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative assistant, hospitality, or apartment industry experience preferred.
  • Previous multifamily housing experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in an office environment preferred.
