Lynd Management Group is seeking an organized and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, resident relations, collections, office operations, and the property's overall performance.

What You'll Do
  • Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations.
  • Oversee office operations in the Property Manager's absence.
  • Support leasing, renewals, occupancy, resident retention, and customer service.
  • Respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and help convert prospects into residents.
  • Process applications, leases, renewals, deposits, and move-in documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized resident and property files.
  • Collect rent, post payments, and contact residents regarding delinquent balances.
  • Prepare daily bank deposits and maintain accountability for property funds.
  • Assist with resident questions, maintenance follow-ups, and complaint resolution.
  • Prepare traffic, vacancy, move-out, market survey, and activity reports.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices for Accounting.
  • Assist with property marketing, resident events, inspections, and other operational needs.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two to three years of property management, leasing, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Customer service, sales, or leasing experience required.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing and multifamily operations.
  • Knowledge of rent collection, bookkeeping, and property management procedures.
  • Strong sales, communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • RealPage OneSite experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and assume responsibility in the Property Manager's absence.
  • Ability to travel locally for deposits, meetings, errands, or other business needs.
