Role Overview
Job Summary
Brite Nites is looking for a highly organized and proactive Seasonal Sales Coordinator to support our sales team during the peak holiday lighting season. This behind-the-scenes role is focused on keeping the sales operation running smoothly, with responsibilities that include tracking and posting all sales activities, managing CRM updates, and coordinating team logistics. You'll be responsible for booking flights, hotels, and managing all travel arrangements for the sales team based on regional sales volume and scheduling needs.
This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and logistical skills who can multitask in a fast-paced environment. While this role is not client-facing, your ability to stay on top of the moving pieces-especially during our busiest months-will be critical to the team's success. Flexibility, attention to detail, and strong communication with internal teams are key. Seasonal availability (especially from September through December), along with the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed, is required.
What you'll do
Sales support & communication
  • Assist the Sales Manager with communication and scheduling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal coordination between Account Executives and seasonal reps.
  • Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics and provide summaries to leadership.

Systems & process coordination
  • Organize and maintain data in our CRM and sales tracking systems.
  • Coordinate territory assignments, appointment scheduling, and travel plans for reps.
  • Ensure all reps and AEs have up-to-date lead lists, pitch materials, and sales decks.

Onboarding & logistics
  • Help onboard new sales reps with training schedules, resource distribution, and territory orientation.
  • Track seasonal headcount by territory and keep rosters up to date.
  • Assist with uniforms, materials, and tech distribution and tracking.

Desired qualifications
  • 2+ years in a coordinator, administrative, or support role (sales or operations preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs, and scheduling tools.
  • Experience supporting sales teams, field reps, or remote teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with seasonal businesses or high-volume hiring environments is a bonus.
