Sales Analytics Coordinator
Help Drive the Decisions Behind Our Growth
At Senior Star, every move-in starts with great relationships-and great data. We're looking for a Sales Analytics Coordinator who will help our sales leaders make informed decisions by managing our CRM, maintaining data integrity, and delivering meaningful reporting and insights.
If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoy improving systems and processes, this is an opportunity to make a real impact across our communities.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary administrator for our WelcomeHome CRM.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, reporting, and system integrity.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and analytics that support sales performance and occupancy goals.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to provide actionable insights.
  • Support Tableau reporting, bonus tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Train and support WelcomeHome users while troubleshooting system issues.
  • Manage sales technology platforms and vendor relationships.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools (WelcomeHome and Tableau preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, or sales analytics is a plus.
