Location: Spring Creek Village 

Pay Rate: $18/hr. 

Pre Move-In Responsibilities
  • Reach out to families immediately after the sale for introductions and coordination.
  • Help families and residents with all move-in logistics (excluding care issues).
  • Perform pre-checks of apartments and follow up on any readiness issues.
Post Move-In Responsibilities
  • Welcome residents and families on move-in day.
  • Ensure staff are aware of new residents by notifying nurses and caregivers.
  • Provide brief orientations to new residents and families.
  • Check in with families within 24-48 hours after move-in.
  • Provide back-up support for community tours, showcasing the community’s features and benefits.
General Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing with prospective resident calls and community tours.
  • Provide information about services and programs to prospective families and referral sources.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from all referral sources, prospective residents, and families.
  • Maintain minimum supply levels of promotional and move-in packets.
  • Support data entry tasks using the YARDI System.
  • Convert working files to permanent files.
  • Assist with planning and production of community events as requested.
  • Be an active member of the community’s emergency response team.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene per company policies.
Minimum Requirements
  •  Prior experience in marketing/sales, preferably in a senior living or multi-family environment.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent customer service skills both in person and on the telephone.
  • Well-developed time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with YARDI or other client management systems is highly preferred.
  • Must be flexible with working hours, including some weekends.
