Job description

TekPro Support Services (TSS) is seeking Move Coordinators who will be responsible for the movement and/or relocation of heavy and/or bulk items. This may include, but is not limited to, recycling materials, hazardous materials, unit materials, and bulk amounts of documents. Move coordinators are set up chairs and tables to support events. This role requires a Top Secret Clearance.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities include, with close supervision, but not limited to:

  • Coordinate with other units to set-up furniture for events
  • Load and unload large items to and from box trucks
  • Drive trucks to and from delivery locations
  • Support ‘desk-to-desk’ relocations across FBI Redstone locations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Answer customer and client inquiries
  • Perform additional tasks as required by superiors

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years prior experience working in related field.
  • Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Reliable and diligent worker
