Job description

We're looking for Bartender professionals to join our culinary team in Girdwood, Alaska.
What You'll Do
As a Bartender you'll play an active part in maintaining the high level of service that our guests expect with their dining experiences and at our outlets on-site. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Prepare beverages ordered through point-of-sale system.
  • Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
  • Serves wine and draught or bottled beer, prepares espresso drinks to order.
  • Perform inventory, turns orders into the manager to maintain inventory par levels, stock and prepare product for the bar.
  • Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.
  • Learn menu items and daily specials.
  • Works the floor in bar and lounge.
  • Sets lounge for service.
