  • Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Gain a working knowledge of the product line
  • Attend training offered by both manufacture and the Ed Morse Automotive Group
  • The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
  • Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction

  • Minimum 1 year automotive sales experience required
  • Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed
  • Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
  • Valid Driver's license
