Location:This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. TheSenior Graphic Designer (Art Director)will be responsible for providing advanced creative technical advice for highly complex marketing communication projects.


How you will make an impact:

  • Consults with business leaders to understand business needs.

  • Provides creative input in the strategic development of all types of communication and marketing materials, and offers design efficiency recommendations to help achieve goals.

  • Collaborates and partners with business leaders and all areas of marketing to ensure a consistent message.

  • Develops creative ideas and solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Originates design layout and executes creative plans.

  • Uses graphic design software applications to produce printed/digital sales and marketing materials, multimedia solutions, and/or interactive experiences.

  • Supports business initiatives, and identifies process improvement opportunities.

  • Acts as project lead for all complex assignments.

  • May provide guidance or direction to team members.

  • May consult directly with clients and team members on all projects in progress within the department.

  • Develops creative concepts that are on strategy and that break through across channels.

  • Collaborates with a copywriting partner to produce thoughtful engaging executions.

  • Supports and cares for the tone and identity of our brands.

  • Originates design layout and executes creative plans.

  • Produces a wide range of deliverables, including social media, digital display, landing pages, videos, and print collateral materials.


Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • A portfolio/reel of conceptual and expertly crafted campaignsis strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite highly preferred.

  • Experience with social media (Instagram and Facebook) preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience in Art Direction or Design highly preferred.

  • Ability to communicate ideas with clarity and influence audiences highly preferred.

  • Conversant in industry trends and current technology highly preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication and relationship building skills highly preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $74,252 to $134,826
