Location: Atlanta, GA 30318

Contract: 10+ Months onsite

Shift: Standard shift

Pay Rate: $ 23/hr - $25/hrย on W2

Experience: 3โ€“5 Years

Who You Are

  • Hold a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Graphic Design from an accredited college.
  • Have 3โ€“5 years of graphic design experience in an advertising agency, marketing/PR firm, or in-house agency.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to break new ground with big ideas.
  • Passionate about human-centered problem solving and discovering user needs.
  • Champion brand equity through adherence to brand guidelines while meeting business objectives.
  • Able to clearly and convincingly articulate creative decisions and points of view.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite with an understanding of graphic and web design principles, current web technologies (HTML, CSS), and social media platforms.
  • Expertise in digital illustration and animation is highly preferred.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting critical timelines.
  • Experienced in collaborating with senior creatives and strategists across photo/video, web, and print teams.
  • Capable of owning projects from start to finish while welcoming feedback and collaboration.
  • Able to demonstrate experience through a strong creative portfolio.
  • Confident in skill sets while remaining flexible and open to new creative problem-solving approaches.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Work with Project Managers, Design Team Lead, Senior Designers, and others to transform concepts into visual executions that align with the brand and business objectives.
  • Design a range of digital and print assets including advertising, web and email assets, banner ads, signage, presentations, environmental graphics, and other media for internal and external audiences.
  • Present work for review by Creative Team Lead, Senior Designers, and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final assets.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and ensure brand integrity across all channels and assets.
  • Ensure all projects are accurate, timely, and delivered in the distinct brand voice.
  • Share creative insights and contribute to the team culture.
  • Learn the energy business and apply that knowledge to design work.
  • Stay informed on new industry technologies, trends, tools, and best practices.
