This role is ideal for a seasoned designer who wants:
Creative ownership over high-visibility commercial signage

You wont just execute layouts youll guide design standards, improve workflow, and serve as the creative authority between sales, production, and installation.

What Youll Lead
Concept development for:
o Channel letters & dimensional signage
o Monument & pylon signs
o Wayfinding & ADA systems
o Vehicle wraps & fleet branding
o Large-format environmental graphics
Establishing design standards and best practices
Reviewing and approving artwork before production
Mentoring junior designers and production artists
Ensuring projects are brand-accurate, buildable, and code-compliant
Contributing to workflow improvements and creative efficiency

5+ years of professional design experience
Strong background in sign or large-format graphics (preferred)
Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
Deep understanding of scale, materials, fabrication constraints, and install methods
Experience preparing permit-ready renderings and production files
Strong communication skills and confidence leading creative discussions
