Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (Monday, Friday Remote, Tuesday-Thursday On-Site)
A highly creative and collaborative self-starter who works on concurrent time-sensitive design projects across digital and print mediums. Utilizes strong conceptual and production design skills and a variety of graphics software to ideate, develop and deliver marketing materials consistent with the AAA brand. Must have stellar attention to detail, the ability to work independently and cross-functionally with a team, a future-focused mindset, and a passion to bring campaigns and projects to life with original ideas.
What you will do:

  • Responsible for concepts, production, and execution of print and digital design materials across multiple channels, including digital and physical banners, print ads, emails, website content, social media content, dynamic presentations, animation motion graphics, and more.
  • Interprets creative briefs and design compelling campaigns that inspire and captivate audiences while meeting strategic business objectives and goals.
  • Brainstorms and coordinates with internal teams, including other designers, copywriters and Marketing stakeholders, during the concept phase through completion of a project.
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to designated schedules in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, pivoting and prioritizing as needed.
  • Confidently presents ideas and designs to internal teams and business line leaders in a professional manner.
  • Upholds graphic and brand standards from concept through production. Follows style guides, templates, processes, and direction on assigned projects.
  • Provides innovative ideas and constantly elevate and evolve the creative.
  • Shares design insight, research, trends and inspiration with the creative team. Keeps skills fresh by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies. Translates learnings into graphic concepts.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Concentration in digital or graphic design, marketing or related field; or 6-8 years of additional relevant experience. Required

Experience

5-7 years Graphic design experience, preferably in an agency, in-house or corporate setting

5-7  years Portfolio of work required. Examples should showcase abilities and experience relevant to the role and include print and digital executions.
