Job Description

We are seeking an Senior AI Content Artist to create high-quality generative content across image, video, and emerging formats.This role blends creative judgment with production discipline. You will translate creative direction into compelling AI-generated outputs while ensuring assets are polished, platform-ready, and scalable.You will not just execute prompts - you will be shaping visuals with a strong eye for composition, detail, and storytelling, while understanding how content needs to function within real production workflows.

When you are not prompting you are taking video and making edits and using traditional production tools to fix for hallucinations and errors in the output. This person will be able to combine edit, motion and color to ensure the entire edit feels seamless and of the highest quality.

Responsibilities
  • Generate AI-powered static and motion content aligned to creative direction
  • Explore visual variations and refine outputs with a strong artistic lens
  • Contribute to the visual evolution of concepts through iteration
  • Apply strong principles of composition, lighting, color, and framing
  • Maintain consistency across assets and variations
  • Create content with platform formats and delivery needs in mind
  • Prepare assets for handoff across social, digital, and campaign ecosystems
  • Ensure outputs are clean, high-resolution, and technically viable
  • Partner with Creative Directors to bring concepts to life
  • Work closely with Production and Technology teams to integrate AI into workflows
  • Participate in review cycles and respond thoughtfully to feedback
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years in design, digital art, motion, edit, or related creative fields
  • AI prompting experience and knowledge to generate creative assets
  • expertise in After Effects, Premiere and DaVinci
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual taste and creative refinement
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for image and/or video
  • A clear understanding of both aesthetic craft and production realities
  • Ability to iterate quickly while maintaining high visual standards
  • Able to work in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Understanding of what can and cannot be said in prompts from a legal perspective
Preferred
  • Background in visual storytelling
  • Experience working in agency or campaign environments
  • Experience with branded work
  • Familiarity with digital content specifications and modular builds

Compensation Range: $105K- $110K/yr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
