Job description

Job Title: Mortgage Operations Processor

Overview:
As a Mortgage Operations Processor you will perform a variety of duties, both clerical and
technical. Your focus will be coordinating the processing of mortgage loan
files for completeness and accuracy.
What You'll Do:
Day in the Life -
Every day you'll help ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage process by
reviewing new loan files for completeness, gathering and organizing required
documentation, and preparing files for underwriting. You'll coordinate
appraisals, title work, flood determinations, and other required documentation
while working closely with mortgage loan originators, underwriters, and other
partners to meet established service level expectations. You'll also clear
underwriting conditions, prepare Loan Estimate disclosures as needed, and play
a key role in helping loans move successfully from application to closing.

What it Takes:
To qualify for this role, you'll need to have strong
analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to
build positive working relationships and manage multiple priorities.
Previous mortgage lending experience is preferred, and familiarity with the
Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) is a plus.
