What is a morning restaurant worker?

A morning restaurant worker is an employee responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages during the breakfast or early hours at a restaurant. Their duties often include setting up the dining area, preparing breakfast menu items, brewing coffee, and ensuring the restaurant is ready for customers when it opens. Morning restaurant workers may also take orders, serve guests, clean tables, and assist with kitchen operations.
