Job description

The Restaurant Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a friendly and outgoing personality.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and take their orders
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Keep dining area clean and organized
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Server
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy trays safely
