How do I make an impact on my team? 
Serve up a memorable dining experience as a Morning Restaurant Server, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring every guest enjoys friendly, attentive service.
  • Greet every guest with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude
  • Take dining room and room service orders; communicating them to the kitchen through the point-of-sale system; follow-up directly with cooks as needed
  • Check in frequently with guests to ensure all needs and expectations are being met
  • Prepare checks and post payments using the point-of-sale system
  • Remove dishware from tables/counters during the dining experience as well as at the end; take them to the kitchen for washing
  • Clean and sanitize the service and guest areas of the restaurant as needed
 
What does success look like in this role?
  • Three or more months of restaurant experience
  • Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
