Board Certified Internal Medicine Hospitalists Needed for Weekday Shifts!   

State-of-the-art care and award-winning hospital!  Selected as one of the American Academy of PAs' (AAPA) Center for Healthcare Leadership and Management's (CHLM) winners of the 2019-2020 Employer of Excellence!

The community’s history spans decades which has resulted in a collection of interesting tourist destinations dotted around the city. It is the perfect getaway offering visitors gorgeous sandy beaches, a temperate climate and a relaxing time by the waterfront!

Details, Responsibilities, & Shifts:

·         Mon-Fri 11a – 7p

·         March 1-April 30, 2021 with the possibility of extension

·         No Holidays

·         Providing care for admitted patients and the evaluation for admission in the ER

·         Admissions, rounding, preparing patient for discharge

·         Provider must be comfortable with EKG interpretation and the interpretation of ABGs

·         Provider will need to respond to codes

Compensation:

·         Competitive hourly rate

·         Malpractice insurance provided, plus tail

Requirements:

·         Board Certified in Internal Medicine

·         North Carolina Medical License and North Carolina DEA

·         Applicants must be certified ACLS
