Projects often involve developing indicators, collaborating with program teams to track progress, writing reports for stakeholders, and supporting adaptive management. You may also facilitate capacity-building sessions for staff and partners to improve data-driven decision-making. Daily tasks can range from field visits to monitor project sites to drafting evaluation reports or supporting organizational learning initiatives. This diversity ensures that MEL professionals play a central role in maximizing the impact of programs and interventions.
