Your Team
You will lead a global team of senior product managers and regional product leaders responsible for software products and experiences that accelerate strategic business growth.
Through influence, technical expertise, and strong business leadership, you will drive alignment across a global matrix organization, strengthen product management capabilities, and ensure product teams are focused on delivering measurable commercial and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
  • Define and execute the multi-year vision and roadmap for software-based in-cabin experiences, including audio, personalization, AI, and immersive media.
  • Drive adoption of software-defined vehicle architectures and scalable edge-to-cloud platforms.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and influence OEM product strategies.
  • Establish and continuously improve product management processes, tools, and governance.

Product & Technology Leadership
  • Define software platforms and experiences that support both branded and OEM solutions.
  • Lead product strategy across cloud, embedded systems, AI/ML, vehicle networking, and connected services.
  • Ensure alignment between technology investments, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Partner across HARMAN to identify new technology and business opportunities.

Commercialization & Growth
  • Own portfolio revenue, profitability, and contribution to annual business objectives.
  • Define global go-to-market, pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies.
  • Support strategic customer engagement, innovation programs, and RFQ positioning.
  • Build ecosystem partnerships that expand platform value and market reach.

Execution & Delivery
  • Own the complete product lifecycle from strategy through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Drive execution with engineering, design, and program management teams.
  • Ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and automotive-grade software solutions.
  • Establish and manage business and product performance metrics.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and develop a world-class global product management organization.
  • Serve as an executive partner to OEM customers and strategic technology partners.
  • Align stakeholders across engineering, sales, UX, brand, finance, and customer teams.
  • Champion customer-centric decision-making and product excellence.

What You Need
  • 15+ years of product management leadership experience, including ownership of complex global portfolios.
  • Proven success building and scaling enterprise software platforms.
  • Deep expertise in software, cloud, embedded systems, AI/ML, and connected products.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in monetization and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience in automotive, mobility, or related technology industries.
  • Exceptional ability to translate customer, market, and technology insights into business strategy.
  • Proven success leading global, cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with relevant domain expertise.
