Job description

We are looking a full time receptionist.  Hours are 3:30pm-8p, Monday through Friday. 

Hourly rate is minimum wage.

 Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones, transferring callers to whichever department/employee is required.
  • Using the page system as necessary.
  • Directing visitors to resident’s rooms.
  • Helping visitors with checking in to the kiosk.
  • Helping any vendors or other visitors to the facility with: questions, dropping off supplies, making payments.
  • Observing people leaving the facility via the Main Entrance to ensure that no residents leave without proper supervision using elopement list in receptionist binder.
  •  Performing duties assigned such as copying, laminating, organizing, etc.
  • Some holidays as needed according to receptionists’ signup sheet (with holiday pay).
