Sign on Bonus: Up to $100,000; relocation bonus available
Location: Huntersville Medical Center - Huntersville, NC; Award winning 151 bed hospital in Huntersville, a family-friendly town in the Lake Norman area. As a CRNA at Novant Health's Huntersville Medical Center, you'll be trusted to deliver expert, independent anesthesia care across a wide range of procedures and patient needs. What You'll Do
  • Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care to pediatrics through geriatric populations
  • Administer anesthetics for a wide variety of surgical and non-surgical procedures
  • Monitor patients throughout anesthesia and recovery
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical teams
  • Adjust anesthetic plans as needed based on changing patient status
  • Practice independently within full CRNA scope of privileges
  • Float between sites based on staffing needs and patient volume

What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and Nurse Anesthesia
  • Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
  • RN and CRNA licensure in North Carolina (or compact state)
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS (per policy)
  • Strong decision-making and clinical judgment
  • Ability to adapt across different specialties and patient populations
  • New grads welcome - orientation and preceptorship provided
  • Must have extensive knowledge of current anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs and equipment
  • Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify the anesthetic plan of care suitable to patient age
  • Must have considerable ability to make independent decisions, sometimes under stress, and to maintain a professional demeanor with patients, coworkers and physicians
