    Job Responsibilities
    • Exemplify a working knowledge of all levels of care available in the facility and work to develop specific sales programs and referrals based on that knowledge
    • Maximize the number of referrals from key physicians, physician organizations, hospital accounts, and other local market sources in order to meet area sales plans and goals
    • Identify customer needs
    • Works with Corporate Marketing Department to develop and implement plans to satisfy customer needs
    • Communicate effectively with Corporate Marketing Department, Regional Director of Operations and Administrators.
    • Document all sales activities
    • Maintain up-to-date information on market area and competitors, including pricing, census, product information and sales strategies
    • Understand the local managed care environment products and impact on the sales process.
    • Maintain schedules for all marketing and sales programs
    • Willingness to serve as a team member and support the efforts of all sales and operational programs
    • Additional duties as assigned
