If you are looking for an interesting and fast-paced entry-level receptionist position, this might be the job for you!

We are a busy escrow and title office in need of a part-time, Monday-Friday front desk receptionist. To be successful in this position you must:

  • Be an expert at multi-tasking
  • Have the ability to be interrupted and then go back to the original task
  • Possess good communication skills; verbal and written
  • Demonstrate patience with different personalities
  • Remain calm under pressure and don't take things personally
  • Pay attention to details
  • Display a friendly disposition
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality
  • Perform duties with minimal supervision
  • Consistently meet deadlines

Hours will be FULL time

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
