Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Monarch ERP Administrator to manage, configure, and support our Monarch ERP system. This role is responsible for system configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and day-to-day administration, with a strong focus on Material Director, inventory management, and job approval workflows. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of ERP processes, enjoys solving operational problems, and can work closely with cross-functional teams to keep systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and administer the Monarch ERP system to support business operations Manage and support Material Director, including inventory tracking, material movement, and related workflows Configure and maintain job approval workflows to align with business rules and controls Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to users Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to ERP functionality, inventory, and approvals Collaborate with operations, accounting, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system improvements Maintain system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and user guides Provide user support and training for Monarch ERP and Material Director functionality Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies Coordinate with vendors or third-party support as needed for advanced issues or upgrades Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience administering or supporting Monarch ERP Strong experience with Material Director and inventory management processes Proven experience configuring workflows, approvals, and system rules Solid understanding of ERP concepts, inventory control, and operational processes Ability to troubleshoot system issues and translate business needs into ERP solutions Strong documentation and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting ERP upgrades and system integrations Familiarity with manufacturing, construction, or materials-driven environments Experience training end users or supporting ERP rollouts
