Work for a progressive hospital located in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado!

Gunnison Valley Health, a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital, is seeking to hire a BE/BC Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician for their Hospitalist opening. Join a team of 4 other hospitalists and an experienced PA at this 25-bed critical access hospital, with a level IV trauma designation, and no ICU. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a difference in a mountain community and who wants easy access to the great outdoors.

Candidates can explore an employed or 1099 option for this opportunity.

The Opportunity:
  • 9 24โ€‘hour shifts a month with blocked scheduling options - onsite from 8 am - 8 pm
  • Low census with APP support during the day - average of 6โ€‘8 patients
  • ED admits at night and helps with codes
  • $1,722+ per shift
  • Signโ€‘on Bonus and $10,000 Relocation Reimbursement
