Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring a Multifamily Housing Analyst to support our Asset Management team at our corporate headquarters in Franktown, Colorado.

In this role, you'll partner with Asset Managers and executive leadership to evaluate property performance, identify opportunities to improve NOI, support acquisitions, and help drive strategic decisions across a national apartment portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with multifamily real estate, asset management, underwriting, or financial analysis experience who wants to make a measurable impact while growing their career.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze property financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and operating performance.
  • Evaluate occupancy, rent trends, revenue, expenses, and other key property metrics.
  • Identify operational opportunities to improve asset performance and maximize value.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and investment evaluations.
  • Support acquisition underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence.
  • Review leases, contracts, financial documents, and acquisition materials.
  • Assist with operational audits, vendor analysis, and capital improvement initiatives.
  • Present recommendations and performance insights to Asset Management leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in multifamily real estate, asset management, underwriting, acquisitions, financial analysis, or commercial real estate.
  • Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Experience analyzing property financials and operating performance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25-50% within an assigned portfolio.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $70 - $80K Annually DOE
