Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Complete work orders efficiently and according to priority
  • Turn apartments between resident occupancy (Make Ready)
  • Paint and stain interiors and exteriors as needed
  • Perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
  • Maintain property grounds and complete preventative maintenance
  • Keep maintenance areas clean and organized
  • Share 24/7 emergency coverage duties with other team members
What You Bring to the Team:
  • At least 1 year of maintenance experience
  • HVAC Certification and EPA Certification strongly preferred
  • CPO Certification strongly preferred
  • Experience with drywall, painting, and carpentry
  • Knowledge of plumbing, including sweating copper pipes
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems, outlets, switches, and light fixtures
  • Ability to diagnose and repair appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and garbage disposals
  • Familiarity with both electric and gas water heaters
