Physical Momentum Therapy, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in Palm Bay, Florida. This onsite position in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center is designed for physical therapy professionals who thrive in a vibrant and engaging work setting. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse patient population ranging from post-surgical recovery to chronic illness management. Our center fosters teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration among physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare specialists.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate functional abilities and limitations.
• Develop evidence-based individualized treatment plans that incorporate findings from patient evaluations.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to improve physical function and alleviate discomfort.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress in line with treatment milestones throughout therapy sessions.
• Educate patients and their families about specific exercises and self-management strategies to promote autonomy and recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and nurses, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Our patients primarily include those dealing with orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and musculoskeletal issues. We serve a diverse demographic that includes young athletes recovering from sports injuries, older adults aiming to regain mobility after surgery, and individuals battling chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding these patients through their rehabilitation journeys and helping them achieve their health goals.

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A strong understanding of treatment hazards and safety protocols in patient care.
• Demonstrated ability to assess complex therapy cases and devise effective treatment plans.
• Proficiency in using clinical documentation tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, for documentation and reporting.

• Experience providing physical therapy in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Previous involvement in developing patient education materials is a plus.

• Competitive annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
