Job description

The Molding Associate performs basic production activities including assembling, inspecting, and packaging molded products according to established procedures and quality standards. This entry-level role works under direct supervision and supports production operations by handling materials, completing required documentation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment while adhering to GMP and safety requirements. We are looking for an associate to join our swing shift 5/8 Schedule (MON-FRI 2PM-10:30PM).
General Responsibilities
  • Assemble and package molded products according to established procedures.
  • Remove molded parts from machines and prepare products for inspection and packaging.
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Operate basic production equipment as assigned.
  • Complete required manufacturing and production documentation.
  • Follow production schedules and assist in tracking production quantities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with equipment and workspace cleaning.
  • Follow all safety policies, GMP requirements, and standard operating procedures.
  • Report quality or production issues to supervisors or technicians.
  • Participate in team efforts to improve production efficiency and quality.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 0-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions.
  • Basic math and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under direct supervision.
