In this role, you'll tackle each step of the molding process, from press to final finish, working on parts up to 50 pounds. This position requires stamina, attention to detail, and readiness for tasks like lifting, bending, and moving components safely.
We Offer this position (Molding Press Operator):
• Pay Rate: $18 per hour.
• Shift Options:
• 1st Shift: 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., Monday to Friday
• 3rd Shift: 11 p.m. – 7:30 a.m., Monday to Friday
• A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.
• Weekly pay.
• Pathway to permanent hire with excellent attendance, performance, and attitude.
• One earbud allowed during work hours.
Qualifications for this role include:
