Location: Monroe, MI
Shift: 3rd
Pay: Up to $16/hr.
Job Summary
Workbox Staffing is hiring a Press Operator to work on the production floor operating injection molding and stamping machines. In this role, you will produce, inspect, and handle parts while maintaining quality and safety standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Press Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Machine Operation: Operate injection molding and stamping machines to produce parts
  • Material Handling: Load materials into machines and remove finished parts
  • Inspection: Check parts at required intervals to ensure quality standards are met
  • Production Support: Stack, clean, and prepare parts for further processing
  • Maintenance Communication: Report machine issues and support troubleshooting efforts
In addition, you will maintain a clean work area, follow all safety procedures, and assist with training and team support as needed.
