Manufacturing Molding Press Supervisor

Pay: $22–$25 per hour depending on experience


This position supervises molding press operations within a manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for overseeing production staff, ensuring equipment operation, and maintaining production efficiency.


Applicants without manufacturing leadership experience will not be considered.


Requirements

• Experience supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment

• Experience operating or overseeing molding press equipment

• Ability to manage production schedules and workflow

• Reliable transportation to work


Responsibilities
