Location: Marion, NY
Pay: $18.33 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in manufacturing? We are seeking a Molding Machine Operator to join our production team in Marion, NY. In this hands-on role, you'll operate molding equipment, ensure product quality, and contribute to a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Manufacturing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.

What You'll Do
  • Operate, load, and unload molding machines and production presses
  • Set up equipment according to production specifications and work instructions
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production process
  • Load oven racks and move materials for processing
  • Prepare molded products for machining by cutting, sizing, and inspecting materials
  • Perform secondary operations including trimming, threading, notching, and assembly support
  • Conduct visual inspections and basic measurements to ensure quality standards are met
  • Complete production records, labor tracking, and related documentation accurately
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic equipment troubleshooting
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support continuous improvement and workplace safety initiatives
