Do you have experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and manual machine operation?
Weโ€™re looking for a dependable Injection Molding Machine Operator to join a clean, climate-controlled facility where everything is done by hand โ€” no automated push-button systems here. If you love working with your hands, solving problems on the fly, and keeping machines running at peak performance, this could be your perfect fit.
What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair equipment using pneumatic and hydraulic expertise.
  • Perform quality checks on molded parts and ensure products meet exact specifications.
  • Assist with changeovers, machine setup, and preventive maintenance.
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

What Youโ€™ll Bring:
  • Required: Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Previous manufacturing or production floor experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour rotating day shift (6:45 AM โ€“ 7:15 PM).
  • Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for long periods.

Perks:
  • $19.00/hour.
  • Every other weekend off.
  • Healthcare, vision, and dental benefits.
  • Long-term opportunity with potential for growth.
