Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 7–10 years of experience in EPBCS modules
• Extensive experience developing and maintaining EPBCS applications.
• Expertise in developing complex Business Rules and calculation scripts
• Expertise in writing groovy scripts.
• Proficiency in the Data Management module and EPM data integration.
• Experience automating PBCS operations.
• Familiarity with Smart View, FR Reports, and other EPM reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Basic SQL knowledge, and experience with Unix/Linux platforms is often a plus.
• Ability to create and document scalable solution designs
Roles & Responsibilities
• Application Development: Design and build EPBCS solutions, including ASO/BSO cubes, complex Business Rules, Data Maps, and Smart Push jobs.
• Technical Expertise: Manage metadata structures, develop and configure forms, dashboards, and reports, and automate processes using EPM-Automate.
• Data Integration: Integrate EPBCS with other ERP systems, designing and developing data integration solutions.
• Testing & Deployment: Develop and execute test cases for system validation and manage the deployment of new features and enhancements.
• Documentation & Training: Prepare technical and functional documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Post-Implementation Support: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to users.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, gathering requirements, and communicating project updates.
• Functional Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and relevant financial statements to design effective solutions
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Stakeholder management – engaging CFOs, Controllers, Finance leadership.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills for business and technical audiences.
• Strong project management and Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
