Job description

The Instructional Designer develops, creates, and implements training curriculums and development of training materials
  • Develops training materials utilizing a variety of resources
  • Evaluates and maintains training materials
  • Meets with subject matter experts in creation of training
  • Updates training programs to ensure that they are current
  • Oversees the creation of content for online learning modules and educational materials for employees
  • Maintains an understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
  • Conducts field visits to observe best practices and gather content
  • Meets with manager to determine resources for training
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Lincare operational experience in a respiratory center
  • Experience a plus in creating training materials and content
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods

(mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, e-learning etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability
  • Strong computer and database skills
  • Ability to travel 30%-50% is required
  • Relocation is not required
