Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:
Multimedia Designer
Location: Chantilly VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits
Only applicants with the active required security clearance and are U.S. Citizens will be reviewed.
In this role, you will be a part of a larger team compromised of additional project managers and technical SME's and work in collaboration with other existing staff to help plan, lead and and develop the training of mission-critical topics for our customer.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training courses for adult learners on highly technical and non-technical subjects.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Education, or a related field - additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a college degree.
  • Experience in creating micro-learning multimedia elements, and deploying them into Web Based Training (WBT) models, such as videos, animations, and simulations.
  • Demonstrated experience designing instructional materials with a user-based approach, with a focus on User Experience (UX), and User Interfaces (UI).
  • Demonstrated experience deploying finalized training modules with an eye towards: consistent navigation and layout, consistent visual design and branding, as well as accessibility compliance.
  • Proficiency in the use of front-end development tools such as XML and Java.
  • Experience teaching subject matters that are pertinent to our customer's specific domains.
  • DESIRED: ATD Instructional Design Certificate
  • DESIRED: Certified Instructional Designer/Developer (CIDD) certification, and/or an Articulate Storyline Certification
