POSITION SUMMARY

The Inside Sales team is the face of the company as the first point of contact. This is an onsite position in Orange, California. The objective is to close qualified inbound sales leads via the phone and web by creating an exception client experience. Additionally, the Inside Sales Representatives will perform handoff calls with Design Managers on designated leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Serving as a resource and point of guidance for current inside sales representatives.
· Training and onboarding new team members.
· Supporting consistency and excellence in daily processes and team performance.
·Respond to inbound sales inquiries from potential clients that find us through search engines and our website directly.

· Conduct follow-up calls & emails to web leads.

· Perform discovery with client by asking qualifying questions.

· Listen to understand client concerns and challenges.

· Successfully manage and overcome client objections.

· Set qualified appointments for Design Managers.

· Quickly establish yourself as a product expert.

· Close modular office building orders.

· Collaborate promptly and effectively with all internal stakeholders.

· Update client and internal team interaction in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Dynamics CRM to ensure efficient lead management.

· Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly qualified lead and revenue targets.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have direct reports, however, does provide support and guidance to the inside sales team, collaborating with VP of Sales.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Capacity to engage clients and develop relationships by phone and email in a high-volume environment.

· Ability to consistently generate the required number of qualified handoff calls to Design Managers each month, quarter, and annually.

· Ability to consistently generate the required amount of sales revenue each month, quarter, and annually.

· Typing skills of 35+ wpm.

· 1-2 years of business to business inside sales experience preferred.

· Competitive spirit with a motivation for sales success.

· Highly coachable and flexible.

· Positive can-do mentality individual that takes responsibility for their own actions vs blaming others.

· Proficient with standard corporate technology (email, voicemail, CRM, MS Office 365, Google Suite).

· Prefer candidates with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, ZOHO, HubSpot, or similar CRM experience.

· 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

PAY

·Base salary + monthly bonus with estimated OTE between $65,000 to $85,000 first year at quota. There is no cap on bonus earned!

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Candidates must be able to commute to our Orange, CA office daily. No remote work.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. Employees must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.

Position may require light travel of less than 10% to customer’s locations.
