*Job Title:* Carpenter – Rough & Finish Carpentry
*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with a strong background in both rough and finish carpentry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in framing, installation, repairs, and detailed finish work for residential and/or commercial projects. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform rough carpentry duties including framing walls, floors, roofs, and structures
* Complete finish carpentry work such as installing cabinets, trim, molding, doors, windows, and fixtures
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
* Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials accurately
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
* Ensure projects are completed according to quality standards and timelines
* Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or structures as needed
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and other trades on job sites
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 3+ years of carpentry experience
* Experience in both rough and finish carpentry required
* Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
* Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools
* Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
* Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
* OSHA certification is a plus
