TITLE: Director Technical Project Management I
EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC
LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Consistently plan, organize, and control resources and processes to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Diagnose risks and issues and bring clarity and structure to the solutions. Provide status reports to stakeholders. Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully. Consult with Leadership Team on priorities and execution progression for large scale initiatives. Lead large and complex migration initiatives. Implement new frameworks and process improvements with external Fiserv Teams for delivery. Identify areas for process improvements and provide solutions through engagement with the impacted teams or customers. Collaborate within the PMO team to ensure best practices are being defined and followed. Streamline improvements by showcasing clear performance indicators for improvements.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field and 6 years in any job title involving project management, Agile SDLC, and Software Development experience. Prior experience must include: 6 years working in agile project management on large initiatives involving multiple teams and dependencies for client deliveries; 6 years working with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Clarity, MS Office Suite, Visio, Miro, SharePoint, and Workday; 4 years of delivery of Payment Gateways; 4 years working with modernization of platforms through consolidation and retirement; 4 years managing Government Agency stakeholders; and 4 years working as a project manager and scrum master to ensure flexibility of delivery.
