As a Model Coordinator, you’ll work closely with photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and casting directors to ensure that modeling talent is scheduled, briefed, and prepared for shoots or events. You’ll act as a key liaison between models and the creative team, communicating schedules, project requirements, and any last-minute changes. Effective collaboration is essential for resolving conflicts, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining a positive experience for both talent and staff. This role often involves problem-solving under tight deadlines and requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

What is the highest paying job as a coordinator?

The highest paying coordinator roles are often in specialized fields such as project management, operations, or executive coordination, with salaries increasing based on experience, industry, and certifications like PMP or Six Sigma. What is the 3 month rule for jobs?

The 3 month rule for a Model Coordinator typically refers to a probationary period of three months during which performance, reliability, and professionalism are evaluated. Successful completion of this period may lead to permanent employment, increased responsibilities, or benefits. It is common for employers in modeling or agency environments to set this timeframe to assess new staff's fit and skills.

What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

A Model Coordinator typically does not earn $10,000 a month without specialized experience or industry connections. High earnings in modeling or related fields often depend on reputation, network, and contract size, but such income levels are uncommon without a degree or formal training. Most high-paying roles in the industry require relevant experience, portfolio development, and sometimes certifications or agency representation.

At PRIME AE, that’s not a slogan, it’s how we work.

Every bridge, building, campus, park, and roadway we design exists to improve how people live, move, learn, and connect. Through architecture, engineering, planning, and consulting, we partner with clients to create thoughtful, practical solutions that leave communities stronger than we found them.

If you want your work to matter, and to be surrounded by smart, collaborative people who care about doing things the right way, you’ll feel at home here.

Who We Are:

PRIME AE Group, Inc. (www.primeeng.com) is a nationally ranked, full-service architecture and engineering firm driven by collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to strengthening the communities we serve. With a growing footprint of offices across the country and a diverse team of more than 590 professionals, we partner with public and private sector clients to deliver thoughtful, high-impact solutions across transportation, education, healthcare, municipal, federal, commercial, and recreational markets.

Our culture blends entrepreneurial energy with the resources of a scaled, multidisciplinary platform—giving our people the opportunity to shape meaningful projects while influencing the future direction of the firm. As PRIME AE continues to expand its capabilities, geographic reach, and leadership bench, this is an exciting time to join a team that is building momentum, investing in growth, and empowering leaders to make a lasting impact.

The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Building Information Modeling Coordinator (BIM Coordinator) to join our Akron, Columbus, Baltimore, Jacksonville, or Pensacola office.

In this role, you will support and enhance digital project delivery across our multidisciplinary teams at PRIME AE. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers across multiple offices to support BIM standards, improve workflows, and ensure seamless coordination from design through construction. In addition, you will assist project teams with project documentation, model coordination, and production support.

You will play an important role in promoting consistency, efficiency, and innovation across a diverse portfolio of projects while contributing to a nationally recognized firm that offers flexible hybrid work environments and opportunities for professional growth.

What You’ll Do:

As a Building Information Modeling Coordinator (BIM Coordinator), you will support the implementation and day-to-day execution of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across projects and teams. You will work closely with project staff to assist with model development, coordination, standards compliance, and digital project delivery efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support BIM workflow procedures, 3D model creation, clash detection, and coordination efforts within the Architectural, Interior Design, Structural, and MEP disciplines. PRIME AE primarily uses both Revit and AutoCAD for production on projects.
  • Assist with maintaining and organizing BIM standards, templates, families, and company libraries.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure BIM models meet project and client requirements.
  • Support project setup, model management, file sharing, and BIM coordination during both design and construction phases.
  • Assist with BIM-related troubleshooting and provide technical support to internal teams.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings and help identify and resolve model conflicts.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of client-specific BIM standards (DoD, DoT, Marriott, and others) as applicable.
  • Work with PRIME AE’s IT group to support BIM software implementation, updates, and related technology needs.
  • Support visualization efforts, rendering coordination, and model-based project documentation.
  • Help monitor evolving BIM technologies and workflows to improve project efficiency and collaboration.
  • Provide support for BIM training initiatives and assist with onboarding new BIM users.
  • Collaborate with PRIME AE’s marketing department to support BIM-related graphics, visuals, and project demonstrations.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of BIM coordination, BIM production, or related experience within the A/E/C industry.
  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary project teams using BIM workflows and digital coordination tools.
  • Experience with Department of Defense standards is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office required. Experience with BIM 360/ACC, Enscape, and Lumion is preferred but not required.
  • Understanding of BIM coordination processes during design and construction phases.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple offices and disciplines.
  • Revit Certified Professional and/or involvement in BIM User Group(s) is preferred but not required.

Why PRIME AE:

We don’t just fill positions; we invest in people.
