Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing or engineering experience.
  • Hands-on experience with transformer and electrical component assembly.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and assembly diagrams.
  • Knowledge of electrical panel assembly, UL/NEC codes, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with engineering change orders (ECOs), process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies and problem-solving tools.
  • Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software.
  • Experience supporting production documentation, design updates, and equipment/process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support assembly and manufacturing processes for transformers and electrical systems.
  • Implement engineering changes and design improvements.
