The Assistant Director of People Talent and Experience with the Support of the Director of People
Experience will ensure all candidates and employees feel supported in their journey with People's Arc of Suffolk. They
will work collaboratively with teams, other agency departments and programs and community partners to drive
communication, appreciation, and engagement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Human Resources, or related field
• 5+ years experience working in talent, people experience role
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• Extensive working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems. UKG preferred
• Experience rolling out recognition and employee incentives
• Ability to work alternate schedule for career fairs and community events as needed
• Must be able to display a high level of professionalism and discretion and understand the sensitive nature of
confidential information with superior emotional intelligence.
