• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional limitations and devise individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement therapy sessions aimed at maximizing mobility and reducing pain in orthopedic patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, including athletes recovering from injuries, post-operative patients, and individuals with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your role is critical in helping these patients regain their strength and mobility, with a focus on achieving their personal rehabilitation goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current and valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be maintained.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse patient population.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic computer applications.

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in orthopedic physical therapy, particularly in a rehabilitation setting, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with injury prevention techniques and post-surgical rehabilitation protocols is also a plus.
