• Conduct thorough assessments for each patient, identifying functional limitations and designing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities and exercises to help restore mobility and improve functional outcomes in patients.
• Engage directly with patients of varied ages and cultural backgrounds, delivering empathetic care and effective communication to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment plans.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient care and achieve optimal outcomes through coordinated efforts.
• Contribute to community outreach initiatives to educate the public on orthopedic care and promote health and wellness.
• Lead quality improvement projects and participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to remain current with industry best practices.

This role primarily focuses on patients dealing with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and age-related mobility issues. Our clientele spans all ages, providing an enriching experience whereby you can make a tangible impact on diverse patient lives through tailored rehabilitation strategies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic computer applications is desirable.

While we welcome all qualified candidates, preference will be given to those with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and experience in orthopedic rehabilitation settings. Candidates with advanced training in manual therapy or specialized certifications will have a distinct advantage.
