  • Experience managing mobile devices and application deployments using Omnissa Workspace ONE (AirWatch).
  • Experience with daily operational management, monitoring, and reporting of large mobile fleets (10,000+ devices).
  • Management of iOS, Android, rugged device, and mobile printing platforms.
  • Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple Configurator, Zebra StageNow, and other vendor provisioning tools preferred.
  • Experience with incident and service request management systems (BMC Remedy, ServiceNow).
  • Scripting (Bash/Shell/PowerShell/Batch).
